• Our package provides Promotional SMS as per TRAI regulations.
• The sender Id for the transactional/ promotional messages is alpha (e.g. LM-AAAAAA) and needs to be specified by the client.
• Transactional Messages are sent on DND numbers and can be sent during a 24 hour window.
• Promotional messages cannot be sent through the transactional route. If promotional messages are sent through transactional route, the transactional route will get converted to promotional.
• Promotion SMS Push time 9:00 AM to 8:45 P.M
• Promotion SMS Daily push limit is unlimited and Transaction sms push limit is 2000 sms in one panel.
Terms and Conditions
• We work on a Pre Paid model and expect complete payment to be made prior to use of services.
• Payment can be made by Cash, Deposits to our Bank Account, Net Banking and Payment Gateway services.
• We work on an online sales model. We normally do not visit customer premises.
• Pricing / Credit Balances are subject to changes in TRAI regulations and can be changed.
• Kindly purchase after due diligence as no refunds shall be entertained in this regard.
